recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt public charity under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, confirming that eligible donations are
tax-deductible as permitted by law. Jannah Islamic Center also holds a valid Employer
Identification Number (EIN), issued by the IRS, which serves as its official identifier
for regulatory, financial, and charitable reporting purposes.
In addition, Jannah Islamic Center is incorporated as a Not-For-Profit organization
in the State of Illinois, with clearly defined governance and charitable objectives.
The organization legally owns and manages property designated for the establishment
and operation of its Islamic center and related community services in Hoffman Estates,
Illinois. Together, these legal and organizational documents reflect Jannah Islamic
Center’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship
of donor contributions.
